Moldova’s security on agenda of Romania’s Supreme Council for National Defense

The security of the Republic of Moldova is on the agenda of the meeting of the Supreme Council for National Defense of Romania, which was convened by President Klaus Iohannis for April 11, 10:00am. The meeting will take place at the Cotroceni Presidential Palace, IPN reports.

According to the Presidential Administration of Romania, the agenda of the meeting includes topics related to the developments of the security situation in the Black Sea Region in the context of Russia’s aggression against Ukraine and external interventions in the democratic process in the Republic of Moldova.

The concept of development of the Romanian military aviation will also be considered, alongside other topical issues concerning national security.
