The band “DoReDoS”, which represents Moldova at the Eurovision Song Contest this year with the song “My lucky day”, will mount the stage in Lisbon this evening, May 10, within the second semifinal, IPN reports.

The May 10 semifinal will also feature the representatives of Russia, Serbia, Denmark, Romania, Australia, Norway, San-Marino, the Netherlands, Montenegro, Sweden, Hungary, Malta, Latvia, Georgia, Poland, Slovenia, and Ukraine.

Ten countries qualified for the final in the May 8 semifinal. These are: Austria, Estonia, Cyprus, Lithuania, Israel, Czech Republic, Bulgaria, Albania, Finland, and Ireland. The final was scheduled for May 12.

In the last year’s contest, Moldova’s band “SunStroke Project” ranked third. This is the best result achieved by Moldova during its 12-year participation in Eurovision.
