Moldovan officials announced their participation at the opening of Moldovan Economy Week in Romania
Three Moldovan high officials will participate at the opening of the Moldovan Economy Week in Romania. The event will take place on June 12-17, 2006, in Bucharest.
At the official opening, on behalf of Moldova the Ministry of Agriculture and Alimentary Industry, Anatolie Gorodenco, the Ambassador of the Republic of Moldova to Romania, Lidia Gutu and the director general of IEC “Moldexpo”, Natalia Ciocan will participate. As well, the Minister of Agriculture, Forests and Rural Development of Romania, Gheorghe Flutur and the director general of “Romexpo”, George Cojocaru responded to the invitation.
The official opening of the Moldovan Economy Week in Romania will take place on June 12, 2006, starting 11:00, at the Exhibition Complex Romexpo – International Bucharest Fair. The slogan of the first day will be “Moldova invites for collaboration”. The same day will be held the National Exhibition “Moldova Presents” which will include the offer of 100 notorious enterprises from different national economic areas, meetings of the official delegation of Moldova with Ministers and department heads from Romania and also a cultural program performed by singers and artists from the Republic of Moldova
Along the week there will take place several seminars, presentations, meetings and debates. Investment projects launched by the Republic of Moldova will be proposed to Romanian entrepreneurs. Within the Forum will function the”Contacts Market”, service which will stimulate bilateral meetings at different levels – decision-making authorities, scientists, economic agents of both countries.
According to the organizers, the Economy Week of the Republic of Moldova in Romania could offer market expand opportunities, agricultural-industrial, technical-scientific, investment cooperation between Moldova and Romania.
At the same time, from June 27 to July 1, 2006, the Romanian Economy Week will take place in Chisinau.
