Companies from Moldova have the possibility to participate in the 14th international exhibition “Prodexpo” that will take place on Ferbruary 12-16 2007 in Moscow, ZAO “Expocentr”. This is the first appearance of Moldovan companies at “Prodexpo” and it is organised at their proposal by the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Moldova (CCI) together with the Ministry of Agriculture and Food Industry, Agroindustrial Agency “Moldova-Vin” and the Embassy of Moldova to the Russian Federation in order to promote the Moldovan products on the Russian and CIS market. It is expected that a wide range of food, wine, pastry, meat and dairy goods, beverages, juices, canned food, packages, row materials, and equipment for their production will be presented at the national stand of Moldova. CCI will prepare the exhibition stand, transport the products, accommodate the participants and will organise business meetings. “Prodexpo” is the largest exhibition of food products in the Russian Federation and Eastern Europe. About 2144 companies from 61 countries presented their products at “Prodexpo-2006”. The exhibition was visited by 96 thousand persons. Commercial forums, conferences, seminars, and international courses are organised within the frameworks of “Prodexpo” exhibition.
