Moldova will be assisted by NATO in cybernetic security

NATO deputy secretary general Gabor Iklody expressed the NATO’s readiness to share its experience in ensuring cybernetic security with Moldova. The issue was discussed in a meeting of the official and Prime Minister Iurie Leanca in Chisinau on July 9, IPN reports.

According to a communiqué from the Government, Iurie Leanca said that all the necessary measures will be taken for the institutions from the cybernetic sector to use the best practices for combating such types of offenses.

The officials also discussed the support that the NATO will provide for disposing of pesticides. An operation starts on July 9 to transport 1,269 tonnes of pesticides from 15 depots of Moldova to Poland, where they will be destroyed.
