Moldova was demolished by Switzerland 0-15 in the qualifying competition for the 2023 FIFA Women’s World Cup, IPN reports.
The goals were scored by Calligaris (2, 62), Bachmann (23), Sow (32, 42, 45), Buhler (38), Reuteler (45+3, 45+4, 88), Xhemaili (53, 75, 81) and Crnogorcevic (57, 78-pen).
Moldova manager Eduard Blănuță used the following players: Munteanu (Dumic 25), Catarău, Doiban (Vlas 78), Covali (Guțu 25, Railean 78), Mardari, Țabur, Mițul, Colesnicenco (Druță 46), Sivolobova, Cojuhari, Topal.
Moldova ended the competition with one point that it obtained as a result of the draw with Lithuania. The goal in that match was scored by Carolina Țabur.
