Moldova participates in PABSEC session
A delegation of the Moldovan Parliament participates on November 27 and 28 in the autumn session of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Black Sea Economic Cooperation (PABSEC) in Baku, Azerbaijan, Info-Prim Neo reports.
The delegation is headed by MP Igor Bolboceanu, secretary of the commission for culture, education, research, youth, sport and mass media. The other members are MPs Nae-Simion Plesca and Valeriu Munteanu.
According to a press release of the Legislative, the topic of debates concerns economic development, environmental, cultural and social problems faced by the cities of the Black Sea Economic Cooperation member countries. The head of the Moldovan delegation will deliver a speech on this topic.
During the session, reports will be presented about the role of partnership between the public and private sectors for the stable economic development of the BSEC members, about the role of Parliaments in ensuring information security, about the reform of the social protection system and all the respective recommendations will be adopted.
The Assembly will adopt a Declaration regarding the 20th anniversary of the BSEC, will approve the organization’s budget for next year and agree on the date, place and agenda of the spring session.
This is the 40th plenary session of the PABSEC.
