An NGO called “Moldova mea” (My Moldova) has given the worst mark to the performance of the Communists Party (PCRM) at what they called “an untraditional evaluation of the work of the electoral competitors.” “The promised to reunite the country. Given these electoral promises, made 8 years ago, we give the PCRM the mark minus 10,” the NGO's president Fiodor Ghelici told a news conference.
