Commercial Bank “Mobiasbanca - Groupe Société Générale” has received the new license as investment company of category “C” for unlimited period, starting on 15 March 2015.

In accordance with this licence, “Mobiasbanca-Groupe Société Générale” may perform the following activities and investment services:
- receipt and transmission of orders for one or more financial instruments;
- execution of orders for financial instruments on behalf of clients;
- trading on own account;
- portfolio management;
- Investment Advisory;
- intermediate subscription for financial instruments and/or placement of financial instruments on a firm commitment basis;
- the placement of financial instruments without a firm commitment;
- consulting services for joint stock companies on capital structure, industrial strategy and related matters, services relating to mergers and acquisitions of companies.
