The Ministry of Finance will become the sole authority of the central public administration in charge of coordinating and managing the external, financial and technical assistance, reports IPN with reference to a decision approved by the Government.

The concentration of the coordination and management of external assistance function is dictated by confusions that may arise in the circle of development partners, considering that in most cases the projects and the programs of external assistance include both components: financial and technical. Thus, the Ministry of Finance will assume full responsibility in the field of external assistance.
