Medical certificates to be printed on high-protection paper

Starting from next September, the medical-leave certificates will be printed on highly protected paper in order to prevent their forging, Info-Prim Neo has learnt from the Info Development Ministry.
According to a ministry official, Corneliu Jaloba, these certificates will be checked up on the Internet, on a page specially created for this purpose.
The state agencies will print 43 types of standard blankets, as many as requested by medical institutions, what will allow for a strict record of the medical certificates.
Amongst the certificates to be protected the most are the sick-leave certificate, the certificate on temporary work inability of a student or a pupil, the medical certificate on HIV anti-bodies, prescription no. for narcotic medicines, et.
The project on creating the info system “the State Registry of Medical Certificates” will be realized by the Information Development and Health Ministries.
