The Ministry of Economy and Commerce (MEC) announces a competition for the right to bid for land lease with the purpose of erection “The Gardens of Moldova” complex. The right to bid is granted to all persons as well as corporate entities, except the authorities of public administration, state and municipal bodies and non resident parties. Requirements in order to place a bid are the following: participants have to submit an application form, a copy of financial report, certificate of no liabilities for collector general, a receipt of participation fee of 200.000 lei, a bank warranty of sufficient funds for full payment in case of lease granting, a business plan regarding the project, erection and operating the complex in reasonable time limits. A special jury will establish the most successful bidder. Priority will be given to the party offering the highest bid for the right to land lease, and to the most functional and well structured business project of erection and operation. Other participants will have the right to retrieve the bank warranty. The winners warranty will be credited to the lease account. The participants who cancel their application or the winner who refuses to honor the contract will lose the warranty. Closing date of filing is the July 28, 15:00. The area of the land is estimated to be 10, 65 ha, located in Chisinau city, 3 T. Vladimirescu Street.
