After the interview stage, the Parliament’s commission on economy, budget and finance on February 6 decided to propose Marian Lupu for the post of president of the Court of Auditors. The legislative body is to confirm or reject the candidate, IPN reports.
Democratic MP Marian Lupu is the only aspirant for this post. The contest to choose the president of the Court of Auditors was announced after Veaceslav Untila tendered his resignation following his nomination for the post of director of the Administration Board of the National Agency for Energy Regulation.
