A man, 33, was hospitalized this morning after being shot in Chisinau's Telecentru neighborhood by another man who fled the scene. Eyewitnesses say the two men were apparently fighting when one of them pulled out a pistol and shot the other, after which he fled the scene in a BMW. General Police Commissariat spokesperson Adrian Jovmir told Info-Prim Neo the gunman's identity has already been established but he hasn't been arrested yet. Emergency Department head Ciprian Gherasim said the victim sustained two firearm wounds, one to the leg and one to the foot. He will undergo surgery, but his life is not at risk.
