A young man has died in flames last night as his house from the village of Bardar, Ialoveni district got fire. The head of the unit responsible for public relations of the Fire and Rescuers Direction, Liliana Puscasu, has told Info-Prim Neo the tragedy occurred at about 3.00 a.m.. Four firetrucks hardly managed to contain the fire which destroyed 70 % of the house. In a room they found the carbonized corpse of the owners' son aged 23. The cause of the fire are not known so far. Neighbors say the man came home at about 2.00, and around 3 a.m. the house caught fire. Last Sunday, at about 14.00, a Peugeot-206 burnt completely in a garage on Grenoble str. in Chisinau. The firemen extinguished the fire and are know probing the causes and the arsonist. One hundred people have died in fires since the beginning of the year, including 2 minors.
