The police in Briceni this morning caught a young man who was driving under the influence a motorcycle borrowed from a friend and without a driver’s license. The breathalyzer showed the man was heavily inebriated, IPN reports.
The General Police Inspectorate said the 22-year-old man from Călinești village of Fălești district was stopped by the police on a street in Drepcăuți, Briceni. The level of 2.31 mg/l in the exhaled air shown by the breathalyzer is a recode one. The man also didn’t have a driver’s license and could not present the required documents for the motorcycle.
The vehicle was towed away to a special parking place. The court is to order a measure of restraint for the young man.
