In this spirit, the maib “Alecu Russo” Branch has joined the modernized network, aligning with the new visual identity standards and operational model, focusing on customer-centricity and a more vibrant atmosphere. While remaining in the same district, the branch now welcomes customers at a new location 3 bd. Mircea cel Bătrîn in the capital - offering enhanced spaces for convenient, accessible, and innovative banking:

Self-service area - it is designed for customers who prefer to handle banking operations independently and efficiently at payment terminals. Here, customers can pay bills, repay loans, check account balances, and deposit cash. The area includes three ATMs, two of which support currency exchange, along with two self-service terminals.

Transactional area - it allows multiple banking operations to be carried out at a single counter, ensuring faster service for an extensive range of transactions while saving valuable time.

Consultative area - a semi-private space for direct communication, personalized financial planning, and business development discussions. This relaxed environment is ideal for making important decisions like mortgage loans, business financing, and other key financial matters.

“alto” premium area –exclusive services, unique experiences, and special privileges for premium banking customers. Notably, this is the first and only alto zone in the Ciocana district.
