President Maia Sandu is making an official visit to Bucharest on March 5 and 6, where she will meetin with her Romanian counterpart Klaus Iohannis and Prime Minister Marcel Ciolacu.
During her visit to the Romanian capital, the president will meet with the Moldovan community in Bucharest. Maia Sandu will also participate in the congress of the European People’s Party, where she will give a speech and have meetings with a number of officials.
The congress of the European People’s Party takes place ahead of the European elections and will choose the party’s main candidate for the president of the European Commission. More than 2,000 delegates from more than 40 countries will attend the event.
