The Liberal Party filed a challenge to the Constitutional Court, questioning the constitutionality of the dismissal of Victor Parlicov from the post of director general of the National Agency for Energy Regulaiton (ANRE) and of Tudor Soitu from the post of deputy chairman of the Audit Office, IPN reports, quoting a communiqué of the party.

Victor Parlicov and Tudor Soitu were discharged in the last sitting of the Parliament’s spring-summer session, on July 12.
