This weekend, the Chisinau City Hall is organizing a series of fairs featuring local products and Christmas traditions. Residents of Chisinau have the opportunity to purchase seasonal agricultural products while supporting local producers.
At the Cathedral Square, along the alley near Puskin Street, a market showcasing local agro-food and beekeeping products is set up. Meanwhile, on Stefan cel Mare și Sfant Boulevard, in front of the "Patria" cinema, the "Yard Sale" fair offers decorations, souvenirs, and various handmade creations crafted in Moldova.
In the Botanica district, the "Christmas Traditions Fair" is hosted at 26 Dacia Boulevard in partnership with the AO "Perspectiva." This event features holiday-specific products and will run until December 31.
In the Ciocana district, fairs are set up at two locations: the intersection of Mircea cel Batran Boulevard and P. Zadnipru Street, and the Solar Tree Square. Additionally, PORT MALL, located at 42/6 M. Sadoveanu Street, is another destination for those wishing to experience the festive atmosphere.
The Rascani district hosts the Christmas fair at 13/1 Miron Costin Street near the Square, while in the Buiucani district, the "Christmas Village" fair in the Opera and Ballet Theater Square continues to attract visitors during the final days of the year.
These events are part of the City Hall’s campaign to support local producers and promote traditional products. Municipal representatives encourage the capital's residents to visit the fairs to explore the diversity of local goods and contribute to strengthening the connection between producers and consumers.
