Constituency No.11: Fălești includes a part of Fălești town and another 30 localities of the district. The electors there will vote at polling places No. 11/1-11/63. The candidate who wins the largest number of votes in a single-member constituency, regardless of the voter turnout, becomes the winner.
The Democratic Party’s candidate Iradia Bînzari, a historian by profession, tops the list of candidates in the given constituency. The candidate worked as a teacher and then as a school principal. In 2007, she was chosen the deputy head and in 2015 the head of Fălești district and continues to hold this post. Iraida Bînzari also heads the Fălești district organization of the PDM and is a member of the National Political Council of this party. For January 1, 2017 - December 31, 2018, she and her husband declared 547,000 lei salary and almost 213,000 lei pension and from service provision. The family owns a house, two pieces of farmland and a car.
Current MP of the Party of Socialists Oleg Savva, a jurist by profession, is under No. 2. Since 2012, the candidate has managed the Fălești local organization of the PSRM. In 1993-2006, Oleg Savva had managed the Union of Afghanistan War Veterans of Fălești. Earlier, he worked as a surveyor at the Fălești mayor’s office and as a locksmith at the Car Building Factory PRUT-80. For January 1, 2017 - December 31, 2018, he and his wife declared over 251,000 lei salary. He also obtained over 136,000 lei in state allocations and compensation. The family owns a plot of land, a house and other real estate.
The third place is occupied by the Party of Communists’ candidate Valeriu Muduc, an economist by profession. According to alege2019.md, Valeriu Muduc is the first secretary of the Fălești district committee of the PCRM. In 2011-2015, he headed Fălești district. To occupy this post, he had to renounce the seat of mayor of Fălești town to which he was elected in 2011. For January 1, 2017 - December 31, 2018, the candidate declared over 89,000 lei salary and over 7,000 lei allowances. He owns a piece of farmland, an apartment and a house.
The Our Party’s candidate Alexandr Severin, a teacher buy profession, comes fourth. The 30-year-old candidate works as a physical education teacher at the Lyceum “Mihai Eminescu” in Fălești town. He also serves as a councilor on behalf of the Our Party on the Fălești local council. For January 1, 2017 - December 31, 2018, he declared over 234,000 lei salary and more than 26,000 lei from other sources.
The Shor Party’s candidate Alexandru Botnar, a jurist by profession, is under No. 5. He works as a driver and as a councilor on the Orhei Municipal Council. For January 1, 2017 - December 31, 2018, the candidate declared over 85,000 lei salary and 6,500 lei allowances. According to the property and interests statement submitted to the Central Election Commission, Alexandru Botnar does not own tangible or intangible assets.
The candidate of the electoral bloc ACUM Platform DA and PAS Vasili Tataru, a bachelor of humanistic sciences, occupies the sixth spot. The 29-year-old candidate is a teacher of Romanian language and literature and of French at the Theoretical Lyceum “Children’s Academy” of Chisinau. For January 1, 2017 - December 31, 2018, he declared 154,000 salaries and over 41,000 lei earned from teaching, scientific and creation activities. According to the property and interests statement presented to the CEC, Vasili Tataru does not own tangible or intangible assets.
