When Ukraine deals with separatist problems in Crimea, authorities of Kiev understood that it is necessary to introduce the new customs clearances at the Moldovan-Ukrainian border, in order not to bloc the Transnistrians, but to bring this regime according to international regulations. The policital analyst, Igor Botan announced about this at the Radio Moldova, referring to introduction on 4 March of this regime. Authorities of Kiev deal with separatist issues, and the situation got more serious after pro-Russian Movement Proriv din Crimea invoked Transnistrian Model of Division of Ukraine, the analyst highlighted. In this sense, Botan said that it should be concluded a joint anti-separatist declaration between the leaderships of Chisinau and Kiev, similar to joint declaration of leaders of Kremlin and Beijing. Separatism represents an absolute evil for security and stability, the analyst underlined. Referring to postpone visits of the OSCE chairman, Karel de Gucht and of the general secretary of the European Union Council, Javier Solana, Botan noted that these were stopped in order not to make a direct connection between their visits in Chisinau and implementation of this regime. Probably the authorities of Kiev informed as well the authorities of Chisinau, as well as the officials of Brussels that at last this regime would be implemented, he noted. The customs clearances regime at Moldovan-Ukrainian border is done only on the basis of customs specimens of Moldova should be introduced on 25 January 2006, but Kiev postponed the implementation of the decision because of technical reasons. Immediately after implementation of the new regime, the administration of Transnistrian republic outlawed entering of goods on right bank of the river Dniestre on Transnistrian territory.
