Iurie Razlovan officially became director general of JSC Termoelectrica. Razlovan, who until now served as interim director of the company, was declared the winner of the competition for the position of director general, IPN reports.

"In accordance with the provisions of the Regulations on the organization and conduct of the competition for the vacant position of director general of JSC Termoelectrica, approved by the decision of the Board of the Company, Iurie Razlovan is declared the winner of the contest for the position of director general,” said the Public Property Agency.

Iurie Razlovan was appointed interim director of Termoelectrica in July 2023, following the resignation of Vasile Leu. Prime Minister Dorin Recean was among those who demanded that the former administration should resign after the case with the fuel oil buried within the precincts of the company.
