The chairwoman of the “Heart of Moldova” Party Irina Vlah said that the year 2025 is one of the utmost importance for the Republic of Moldova because, as a result of this year’s parliamentary elections, it will be decided who will lead the country over the next four years. In her opinion, it is already clear at this stage that the parliamentary elections will be held in unequal conditions.
"The Party of Action and Solidarity left unanswered our proposals that would have ensured some minimum conditions for the elections to be considered free and fair. This strengthens our conviction that the PAS will use all administrative resources, all state institutions to stay in power," Irina Vlah said in a news briefing hosted by IPN.
The leader of the party noted that it is visible how the ruling party has been preparing the ground for establishing an even greater control over the information space. "The PAS decided to open another supposedly public television station, the real purpose of which will be to try to brainwash Russian speakers. It is clear that the PAS will manipulate and misinform, thus endeavoring to stay in power," the politician said.
According to her, under these conditions, there is nothing left for them to do but to resort to the few possibilities available to them. More precisely, the “Heart of Moldova: Party launches the nationwide campaign "Truth about PAS".
"The citizens need to know who is to blame for the fact that poverty has deepened so much in recent years, why Moldova has become the leader in Europe in terms of inflation, but also why hundreds of thousands of citizens left the country forever," said Irina Vlah.
"The Party "Heart of Moldova" declares total war on the PAS’s lies and manipulation! We will correctly inform the citizens and will disclose the yellow liars.”
