IPP looks for exit pollsters
The Public Policy Institute (IPP) is looking for two polling firms to conduct two separate exit polls on April 5, when Moldova will elect its next parliament, Info-Prim Neo reports.
The aim of these polls is to offer the general public an early indication of the outcomes of the parliamentary elections, the IPP said in a statement.
The applications of the bidding companies shall include: the general description of the applicant; detailed information about the operating network; information on the researches conducted in the last three years; the polling and sampling scheme (methodology and argumentation); the amount of financing needed for the conducting of the exit polls, with a detailed budget attached; a detailed agenda of activities (spanning over March and April); considerations and suggestions on the exit poll questionnaire. The application shall be submitted in a sealed envelope, with the name of the applying company written on it.
Bidders must demonstrate sufficient capacity for conducting the poll, experience in carrying out extensive sociological researches, as well as capacity to announce the first outcomes of the poll by 9:00 PM on April 5.
Applications will be accepted through March 4, 5:00 PM at the address: IPP, #16/1 Pushkin Street, Chisinau.
