Ion Mamaliga was dismissed of the position of chairman of the Private Drivers Association
Municipal Councellor Ion Mamaliga was dismissed of the position of president of the Private Drivers Associations (ATP) and as administrator of the Maxi Taxi Transport Agency Srl. The new chairman of APT, Gheorgii Russu, announced about this on Monday, 6 March.
Veaceslav Moroz, who introduced himself as juridical consultant of the association, noted at the press conference that the reasons that lead to dismissal of Mamaliga of those two positions, by ATP Executive Committee, are various. Therefore, Moroz said that Mamaliga, during ATP activity, which was renewed and reactivated recently at the Ministry of Justice, avoided to cooperate the members of the Committee, was involved in faking documents and signatures, without getting the agreement of the general assembly of founders. Ion Mamaliga, according to Moroz, ignored the founders’ opinions of ATP and undertook actions discrediting the association, and contradicted the statute of ATP.
He said that there submitted complaints in judicial organs „in order to show the illegal actions of Ion Mamaliga”.
Moroz also said that there would be find new argues in favour of dismissal of Mamaliga, after he would give Back the stamp and all the papers, which, according to jurist, would show the other illegal things done by the municipal counsellor.
Ion Mamaliga was not available to comment the brought charges.
ATP Executive Committe also decided to exclude of the founders’ list Grigore Turcanu, the reasons being almost the same.
ATP was founded on 27 April 1999 and organises at the moment maxi-taxi operators of municipality Chisinau. ATP task is to protect interests of private drivers.
