“The political, economic and social situation in the Republic of Moldova went beyond the limits of evil. The state institutions do nothing for the people. The people do not have guarantees for minimum subsistence, are not insured and protected and do not have prospects,” says a memorandum that was read in a news conference at IPN by an initiative group that consists of jurists and scientific researchers. These consider all the preconditions exist for creating a National Salvation Council.
Ștefan Sofronovici, scientific researcher at the Philology Institute “B.P. Hasdeu”, said that owing to the incompetence of the Government and Parliament, the current legislation is nil and void and is applied unconstitutionally. The citizens believe in no one and in nothing. The Republic of Moldova became a failed state where corruption, the oligarchic interests, the theft of public funds dominate and the human rights are violated.
The initiative group that pleads for creating the National Salvation Council considers the President of the Republic of Moldova should be removed as he betrayed the interests of the Republic of Moldova, becoming the personal servant of Vladimir Putin. The prosecutor general should also be discharged, for protecting the clans of Shor, Plahotniuc, Dodon. The Government should be dismissed because this contributes to impoverishing the population by recovering the stolen US$ 1 billion.
“We can save ourselves only by uniting with the motherland. We form part of the big body of the Romanianism. It’s time to say the truth and to live in truth and freely. Or we will live like slaves and will remain slaves,” stated Ştefan Sofronovici.
According to Ion Rață, who is a resident of the scientific park “Academica” of the Academy of Sciences of Moldova, the creation of the National Salvation Council that can keep Moldova’s development course within a legal framework is imposed by life. “There was found no other mechanism that would help Moldova break this impasse. Revolutions should be avoided,” stated Ion Rață.
Jurist Anatolie Petrici said the reunion is the only salivation and the Moldovan citizens are all Romanian citizens by birth and should defend their right to Romanian nationality.
