Today, October 14, road traffic is suspended on Stefan cel Mare si Sfant boulevard, in the perimeter of Ismail - Mihai Viteazul streets, in connection with the organization of events dedicated to Chisinau Annual Fete on the central boulevard of the capital, IPN reports.
According to a City Hall statement, until October 15, at 06:00, the traffic of the public transport that crosses the central boulevard of the city will be redirected to the adjacent streets.
Thus, trolleybuses on routes no. 1, no. 5, no. 8 and no. 22 will run towards the Railway Station from Stefan cel Mare si Sfânt boulevard along A. Șciusev, Bucuresti, Ciuflea streets and then according to the established routes, and towards Dimitrie Cantemir Market -- from the Stefan cel Mare si Sfânt boulevard along Ciuflea, Bucuresti, A. Șciusev, Mihai Viteazul, Columna, H. Coandă, Dimitrie Cantemir Market streets and according to the established routes;
Trolleybuses on route 4 will run towards the Railway Station from A. Șciusev street along Bucuresti and Ciuflea streets, Stefan cel Mare si Sfânt and Constantin Negruzzi boulevards and then according to the established route, and towards Buiucani sector -- from Stefan cel Mare si Sfânt boulevard along Ciuflea and Bucuresti streets and then according to the established route.
Route no. 2 itinerary will be changed, starting from Gheorghe Asachi street along Pan Halippa, Ismail streets, Stefan cel Mare si Sfânt boulevard and then according to the established route.
The itinerary of routes no. 7, 10, 12 and 25 from Ciocana and Râșcani sectors are shortened to Albișoara street ("Circul" station).
The itinerary of routes no. 20, 30 and 31 are shortened to Ismail street.
Route no. 29 will undergo changes and will run: from Petricani street along Mihai Viteazul, Columna; H. Coandă, Dimitrie Cantemir market, Calea Iesilor streets (return to “Alunelul” Park), Stefan cel Mare si Sfânt boulevard, Mihai Viteazul street and then according to the established route.
Route no. 32 itinerary shortens to Columna street.
Route no. 34 will be changed and will run from Stefan cel Mare si Sfânt boulevard along A. Șciusev, București, Tighina, M. Kogălniceanu, Ismail, Bucuresti, A. Șciusev, Mihai Viteazul, Columna, H. Coandă, Dimitrie Cantemir market streets and according to the established route.
Route itinerary no. 36 shortens to Bucuresti street;
Route no. 24 is suspended.
Buses on route no. 5 will circulate towards Ciocana sector from Stefan cel Mare si Sfânt boulevard along Ismail, Alexandru cel Bun, A. Puskin streets and then according to the established route; and towards Botanica sector - from Mitropolit G. Bănulescu-Bodoni street along Columna, Ismail, Stefan cel Mare si Sfânt bd, Ciuflea street and according to the established route.
Itinerary of bus routes 9 and 46 is set on Bucharest street in both directions.
The route of busses no. 11 is modified, starting from Tighina street along Columna, Ismail, Bucuresti, Mitropolit G. Bănulescu-Bodoni streets and then according to the established route.
Bus route no. 26 is established on Albișoara street in both directions.
Drivers crossing the area are asked to obey by all temporary road signs, the City Hall statement says.
