Chisinau and Tiraspol will together request the international partners to finance two projects for the benefit of the people living on both sides of the Nistru, IPN reports.
“Together with Mister Krasnoselsky, we agreed that we will make a common approach to the donors, our international partners, to support, including financially, the rehabilitation of two international roads, M14 and M21,” President Igor Dodon said after a meeting with the Transnistrian leader Vadim Krasnoselsky in Holercani on March 30.
Igor Dodon noted the rehabilitation of the two roads was planned in 2006 and the works were then estimated at US$100 million.
The second project is to rehabilitate and protect the Nistru River.
