The daughter of the folk music singer Igor Cuciuc died on Friday evening. Andreea, the only child of the Cuciuc family, died in unclear conditions during a party, IPN reports.

According to the information published by the girl's friends on social media, Andreea partied with her mates at the Freshmen's Ball at a restaurant in Botanica district of Chisinau. Suddenly, Andreea felt sick and her mates called an ambulance.

"She died. She wasn’t breathing. After the Freshmen's Ball, we went to party. We danced, we had fun. I went outside and all my mates were around Andreea. Some mates were giving first aid to her. Then the ambulance came. The doctors tried to resuscitate her, but they failed," one of Andrea Cuciuc's mates, a student at “Ștefan Stefan College”, told perfecte.md.

Andreea Cuciuc started her musical career at a young age. She became known when she released with her father; Igor Cuciu, the song "I love my family".
