The preparations for the cold season in the housing stock of Chisinau are in full swing. Officials of the General Housing and Amenities Division told IPN that 99 percent of the works to clean the engineering systems in apartment buildings managed by municipal enterprises were carried out. The preparations in blocks of privatized homeowners associations were almost 45% completed.

The hydropneumatic washing and hydraulic control works were executed in a proportion of 91% in the apartment buildings managed by municipal enterprises and in a proportion of 31% in the case of blocks of privatized homeowners associations. The chemical analysis was performed in a proportion of 87% and 19%, respectively, according to the Division.

Also, almost 28% of the technical passports intended for residential blocks managed by municipal enterprises have been signed so far.
