People entitled to the lump-sum payments dispensed by the Government to help them with paying their heating bills for the past cold season are expected at Banca de Economii branches to collect them until July 1. Unclaimed payments will be returned to the National Social Insurance Corporation (CNAS), Info-Prim Neo reports. CNAS says in a press release that after July 1 such payments will still be available, but to collect them beneficiaries will have to go to the CNAS' territorial divisions. The 390 lei payments are for the period January-March 2011, or 130 lei for each month. The government transferred slightly over 200 million lei to the Banca de Economii for this purpose on April 8, and currently 11 million lei remain unclaimed.
