Over the course of the 2019-2020 academic year, 313 grants for higher doctoral, cycle III, studies will be issued from the state budget, according to the Admission Plan approved by the government.
15 grants are provided for foreigners, based on international treaties signed by Moldova.
Grants are offered based on the proposals made by 40 doctoral schools and 16 institutions, consortia and partnerships for doctoral studies.
