Government members to pass exam for state language
The Government will test the command of Moldovan language of certain members of the Cabinet, Speaker Marian Lupu announced on Wednesday December 27.
At one of the last week’s sittings, MP Igor Klipii put forward a motion requesting to dismiss certain members of the Government as they do not have a good proficiency in state language.
Speaker stated Wednesday that the Government was informed and asked some time “to test the command of Moldovan language” of the certain persons. It may happen that “we will witness some surprises”, said Lupu. He mentioned that this item will be brought up for discussion at one of the sittings of next session.
The motion requested to dismiss minister of Reintegration Vasili Sova, minister of Transport and Road Administration Miron Gagauz, minister of Information Development Vladimir Molojen, director of Agency for Construction and Territorial Development Igor Semenovcher, and director of Agency for Land Relations and Cadastre Alexandr Bannicov.
