The director of the publishing house “Stiinta” Gheorghe Prini was reelected as president of the Editors Union of Moldova at the Union’s General Assembly, IPN reports.

In a press release, the Academy of Sciences of Moldova says the Editors Union brings together the directors of the most important publishing houses of the country, such as “Arc”, “Cartdidact”, “Cartier”, “Epigraf”, “Euro-Didactica”, “Gunivas”, “Pontos”, “Prut International”, “Stiinta” and “Tehnica-Info”.

On the occasion of the reelection, the Academy’s president Gheorghe Duca congratulated Gheorghe Prini and wished him to see the publishing houses of the country becoming more competitive and popular.

Gheorghe Prini has held the post of president of the Editors Union since 2009.
