The US dollar has gained against the Moldovan leu slightly, but steadily (see FX forecast for August 3 http://info-prim.md/?a=10&nD=2009/08/03&ay=24919). Today, the currency exchange facilities will buy the dollar for 11.15-11.20 lei and sell it for 11.25-11.30 lei, Financial Brains director, PhD Sveatoslav Mihalache has told Info-Prim Neo. According to Financial Brains, the European common currency on the international currency market is now trading at 1.4665. The first resistance level stands at 1.4720/30, while the second at 1.4780/90. The first support level is 1.4620, the second - 1.4510/15, while the third – 1.4445. At currency exchange facilities, the euro will be purchased for 16.28-16.34 lei and sold for 16.45-16.50 lei. Financial Brains considers that the euro will continue to slide on the international market and this will have repercussions on the home market. Sveatoslav Mihalache forecasts that the the target lows for the euro on the international currency market the next days will be 1.4450, or 16.08-16.10 lei.
