The works to renew road markings on the streets of the capital city were resumed. The municipality said that priority is given to pedestrian crossings near schools and kindergartens and to the main arteries of the city, with heavy traffic, IPN reports.
The Chisinau City Hall noted that during the past day and night, works were carried out on the following streets: Plaiului, Minsk-Plaiului, Pandurilor, Dante Alighieri, Viaduct, Gheorghe Madan, Putnei, and Poștei.
In total, road markings were applied on an area of about 900 square meters.
"The works are aimed at increasing pedestrian safety and streamlining traffic," said the municipality.
