Units of transport will gratis convey passengers to Saint Lazarus Cemetery on Low Sunday, on May 1 and 2. The information was confirmed in the April 26 meeting of Chisinau City Hall officials. The three bus routes to the cemetery – C, D and 27 – will have stops on Renasterii Blvd., at the Circus and on Vasile Alecsandri St. The buses will run from 6am to 9pm. The route C buses will set off from Vasile Alecsandri, while the route D and 27 buses from Renasterii Blvd. Ten units of transport will work on route C, while about 30 vehicle on route D. There will be a number of reserve buses that will be put on routes if need be. [Update] Adrian Boldurescu, deputy head of the General Public Transport and Communications Division, has told Info-Prim Neo that the section of Doina St from Socoleni St until Balcani St will be closed for traffic on May 1 and 2. Only the public transport will have access to this portion. Trolleybuses No. 25 and 26 and minibuses No. 126, 127, 132, 134, 162, 180, 184, and 189 will run to and from Saint Lazarus Cemetery throughout the day on May 1 and 2.
