In June 2006 the children have set on five fires, as a result a house burnt completely and 3 additional edifices were damaged. According to the Press Service of the Exceptional Situations Department (ESD) the damages made by those 5 fires amount to 20,000 lei. ESD specialists recommend to parents to pay more attention to children left without supervision on holidays and to explain them the risks and the consequences of being inattentive with fire. In whole, along this month, 97 fires caused by inattention while using the fire, short circuits in electric lines, and smoking in bed, were registered in Moldova. The fires happened in June caused the death of 4 persons, damaged partly 4 cars, houses and additional edifices.
