The Chisinau heat supplier Termocom washed and checked the internal heating system of the first apartment building whose dwellers were rewarded for fully paying the heat bills, Info-Prim Neo reports, quoting a communique from the company. Thus, the heating system of the building located at 48 Petru Rares St, which has 57 apartments and a heat bill payment level of 120%, was prepared for the 2011-2012 heating season. The same works will be executed on May 17 in another building with 53 apartments and a payment level of 102%, situated on 1 Alba-Iulia St. The internal heating systems of the apartment buildings are prepared for the new season by the managers of the housing stock, not SA Termocom. The cost of these works varies deplaning on the capacity of the block. The action forms part of the campaign “Pay in Winter to be Rewarded in Summer” that was initiated on March 15 – the World Consumer Rights Day. SA Termocom aims thus to stimulate the duly and complete payment of the heat bills.
