The Law on executing budget, the payment of wages, allowances and other payments stipulated in the budget in due time are the priorities of the employees working in the financial area of Moldova, who celebrate on August 15 their professional Day. According to the head of the Chisinau State Fiscal Inspectorate, Procopie Duca, in the first 7 months of 2006, the money paid in the national public budget constituted MDL 3 bln 366 thousand in Chisinau, so that the planned ceiling was exceeded by MDL 823.9 mln. The managerial plan was fulfilled 106.3% and constitutes MDL 199.9 mln. The money paid in the national public budget constituted MDL 1 bln 390 mln, the plan being of MDL 59.7 mln. Compared with the same period of the last year, the difference constitutes MDL 364.9 mln. MDL 710.4 mln were paid in the sate budget, and exceed the planned sum with MDL 57 mln. The plan for the social insurances budget was fulfilled 100.9%, and for the Medical Insurances Fund – 106%. The local budget was overfilled by MDL 37 mln in the first 7 months of 2006.
