The turn of the year will be celebrated in the Great National Assembly Square of Chisinau on December 31 with a festive concert. The residents and guests of the capital city are invited by the municipality to the musical show “New Year’s Eve Magic”, starting at 8 p.m. The special guest this year is Carla’s Dreams, IPN reports.

Chisinau mayor Ion Ceban, in the meeting of officials of municipal services, said the concert will feature SATOSHI, Dara, Advahov Brothers, Zinaida Julea, Nelly Ciobanu, Brio Sonores, Constantin Moscovici, Catalin Josan, Fluieras Orchestra, Maria Iliuț and “Crenguța de Iederă” band, Doina Sulac, Lenuța Gheorghiță, Cornelia Stefaneț, Veta Ghimpu Munteanu and others.

The most important concert of the night between years will also involve bands of carolers and the orchestra of Santa Clauses.

The concert will be broadcast live on the City Hall’s social media sites and also on Realitatea TV.

The mayor noted that during two days since its opening. the Christmas Marketplace in the central square of Chisinau was visited by over 100,000 people. At the Marketplace, local producers sell all kinds of things, from culinary products to various handicrafts. Starting with this week, a contest will be held for the visitors to choose the most beautifully arranged little house.
