One more doctor lost the battle with COVID-19. The Făleşti Health Center announced the death of family doctor Ion Hangan, who was at the service of the population of Făleşti and Ungheni districts.

“He took care of the health of many families, children and grownups. For almost half a century, he had worked with responsibility and devotion, being a very good specialist,” the Făleşti Health Center posted on Facebook.

In the morning of July 4, the Ministry of Health reported a death toll of 576 from COVID-19, with 26 of the victims being healthcare workers.
