European Institute for Political Studies selects participants in 2010 training program

The European Institute for Political Studies in Moldova has announced a contest to select candidates for the 2010 training program, which will include three international seminars in Chisinau and at the Summer University of the Schools of Political Studies in Southeastern Europe at the Council of Europeʼʼ head office in Strasbourg, Infor-Prim Neo reports, quoting a communique from the Institute. The international seminars in Chisinau will take place in November, February and May. When they are over, the candidates will take part in the fifth Summer University of the Schools of Political Studies in Southeastern Europe during June-July, 2010. The seminars will center on Moldovaʼs path to European integration and other issues concerning the democratic changes, the modernization process and the quality of the representative democracy in the country. The participants will be selected in two stages. At the first stage, the applicants will fill out and submit a form. The electronic version of the form is available on victoria.boian@yahoo.fr. At the second stage, the selected persons will be invited to an interview. The deadline for applications is September 15, 2009. The applicants must be younger than 35 ( up to 40 in exceptional cases). In order to carry out activities as part of the fifth Summer University of the Schools of Political Studies in Southeastern Europe, the participants will pay a fee of 100 euros.
