Romania's "Expert Forum", a think tank that promotes transparency, and good governance, has announced the launch of the votcorect.ro platform for the May 4 presidential polls, IPN reports.
The platform provides information to all those interested in the organization and conduct of the electoral process and allows the submission of complaints about irregularities, according to EFOR.
The platform can be used by all Romanian citizens, both those in Romania and those abroad.
The information will be updated as new legislation relevant to the presidential elections is published.
"Expert Forum will provide assistance and electoral advice to voters whose rights are being violated. On election days, the platform will be complemented by a call center for electoral assistance: 0800 460 002 for Romania and 0318 222 800 for those abroad.
Elections for the President of Romania will be held on May 4. Romanian citizens living abroad will be able to vote for three days, on 2, 3 and 4 May at any polling station organized abroad.
