The new parliamentary elections that will take place in Hâncești constituency No. 38 on March 15 will be monitored by 94 observers. On March 10, the Central Election Commission (CEC) accredited the last observers for overseeing the elections, IPN reports.
According to the CEC, the March 15 elections will be monitored by 82 national observers representing seven organizations and 12 international observers on behalf of four embassies based in Moldova and two electoral associations.
The accredited observers have the right to attend all the electoral operations, all the meetings of electoral bodies, including on the election day, without intervening in the electoral process or in other electoral operations, and to inform the electoral body’s head about the noticed irregularities.
