The members of the criminal group “Shor” are expected to help former Bashkan Irina Vlah in the presidential election, IPN reports, with reference Deschide.md.

The former Bashkan of Gagauzia Irina Vlah, who announced that she will run “independently” in this autumn’s presidential election, supposedly came to terms with the members of the group led by fugitive criminal Ilan Shor. The conclusion was formulated after on Wednesday, July 17, Vlah met in Soroca municipality with a number of representatives of the criminal group from the northern districts in order to coordinate the actions within the election campaign. Images from the meeting were published on the Telegram channel “Scinteia Adevărului”.

According to the quoted source, the meeting was held at “Primăvara” restaurant by the ex-head of the Soroca local organization of the former “Shor” party and of the Glodeni local organization of the “Chance” party Anatolie Rujanschi. About 40 people attended the event and most of them are heads of Soroca primary organizations of “Victory” bloc.

Among the participants in the event were the former deputy head of the Soroca local organization of “Shor” party Victor Yatsko, the former head of the “Monitoring” Division of the “Shor” group Chim Molodean and also the former head of the Floresti territorial organization of the “Chance” party Roman Nicoară.

Deschide.MD, referring to own sources within the former “Shor” party, said that the meeting centered on the promotion and supporting of Irina Vlah in the October 20 presidential election. More precisely, the representatives of the “Shor” group will help Vlah collect the signatures needed to be registered in the electoral competition.

The reporters of Deschide.md tried to get in touch with Irina Vlah to ask her comment on the published information, but the former Bashkan did not answer the phone, a reaction being, however, awaited.
