December 30 is the last operational day for state budget payments and receipts, says the State Fiscal Service, advising the public to make the respective payments before this deadline so as to avoid unpredictable situations.
Under the law, fiscal and administrative fines come with a 50% discount if they are payed within three days of incurring them.
To benefit from the 50% discount on fines imposed on December 31, their payment can be made within the next three days.
