The deadlines for presenting and adopting the three budget laws for 2025 have been exceeded, according to the Promo-LEX Association. According to the current legislation, the Government was required to approve and submit the draft budget laws to Parliament by October 15, and Parliament was supposed to vote on them by December 1, IPN reports.

The budgets were voted on in the first reading by Parliament on December 5.

Regarding compliance with decision-making transparency, Promo-LEX notes that transparency was compromised in the case of nine projects voted on (60% of all projects voted on during the December 5 session).
