Customs Service of the Republic of Moldova has announced the implementation of an electronic platform for managing requests and issuing customs decisions. The Customs Decisions System (CDS) will be operational starting December 10, IPN reports.
Economic operators will be able to use this system to submit the first six types of requests digitally, benefiting from a cost-effective, transparent, fast, and efficient process, the Customs Service stated.
The system will later be aligned with European Union regulations and expanded to cover additional customs decisions.
